We strive to introduce the Girls to a " Team Concept" that encourages growth, while placing a strong emphasis on sportsmanship and family. Travel Softball is competitive, not recreation Softball. All our Coaches had Daughters or have played collegiate ball. We believe  that the Parents are a big part of the foundation that makes the organization strong. We are committed to balancing competitiveness and maintaining a positive experience for all players on and off the field. Although, we always play to win, it's not at a Win mentality.
