We strive to introduce the girls to a "team concept" that encourages growth, while placing a strong emphasis on sportsmanship and family. Travel softball is competitive, not recreation softball. All of our coaches have daughters playing or have played in each of the age brackets. We believe that the Parents are a big part of the foundation that makes the organization strong. We are committed to balancing competitiveness and maintaining a positive experience for all players on & off the field. Although, we always play to win, it's not a win at all cost mentality.
